To help a customer's bot have the customer do the following command (Requires Customer has level 5): !allowarcbotstaff
This will give you level 100 on their chat to help them.
If the customer wants to disable your access ASAP they can use the command !disallowhelpstaff

How to become staff
There is no step by step guide to becoming staff at ARCbots. To become staff at ARCbots, you must be active, and show obvious dedication to the company and helping its clients. Users who are not active are not made staff.
- Just being active does not guarantee you will get a rank. You need to help users as well.
- Users that are entered into the training process will be assigned their own trainer who they will be able to consult with while learning to become staff. The training period lats seven (7) days and based on your performance, you MAY be promoted.
- TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STAFF, YOU MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT ARCBOTS.COM AND KNOW HOW TO USE YOUR BOT.
